As part of George’s responsibilities at his real estate agency, he offers a unique training program for new rental agents that can help them learn the essence of real estate in just 2-3 weeks. He also leads his own group of agents and he is ready to help anyone who is willing to join and prosper in the tough world of NYC Real Estate.
George Rimpeff has an MBA in finance which helps him find and negotiate the best value for your money in wholesale, rehab or rental income investment transactions, anywhere inside and outside of New York City.
George is always in a search for the right distressed opportunities and the right investors who would be interested to invest in the most lucrative segment of the US real estate market. George’s experience on Wall Street helps him quickly pre-screen potential transactions, ask the right questions and determine which properties have the best potential with the lowest possible risk, and only then he sends it out to his pool of investors.
